Grants to South Dakota nonprofit organizations, libraries, and schools to meet community needs in eligible regions. Funding may be used for programs that provide for basic needs, benefit children, increase access to mental healthcare, and address housing, education, and nutrition concerns. Eligible projects and programs are those that benefit the Black Hills area.
